Q.Is it possible for me to stay by myself?
A.Unfortunately not. 2 or more people are required.

Q.How many people can the room accommodate?
A.Each room accommodates two people. If you are with children, it will feel a little cramped.

Q.What are the room rates for a child?
A.No bed / No meal → 3500yen
Bed / No meal → 20% of adult charge
Bed / Kid's meal → 50% of adult charge
Bed / Meal(same as adult) → 70% of adult charge
*If one adult and one child share a room, the fee will be for two adults. So if this is the case for you, please complete the reservation form as if two adults are sharing the room.

Q.What age group do the child charges apply to?
A.The child rate applies to all people under 11 years of age. The adult rate applies to anyone who is 12 years old or over.

Q.What kind of meal can we eat?
A.Our restaurant serves fish which has been prepared in a traditional Japanese style.
*We regret that an alternative (or vegetarian) meal cannot be provided.

Q.What time is check-in?
A.3:00 p.m - 5:00 p.m.
*Meals can only be served before 5 p.m.
*We can store your baggage before check-in.

Q.How about transportation services?
A.We will pick you up at Kawaguchiko station.

Q.How do I get here from Tokyo, Hakone, or Kyoto? And how long does it take?

Q.Is it possible to stay here on the same day that I arrive at Japan?
A.It takes about 5 hours from Narita Airport. If your flight is in the afternoon, it will be impossible to stay on the same day.

Q.Can I see Mt.Fuji from my room?
A.You can't see Mt.Fuji from the rooms, but you can see it from the swimming bath and garden. Also, there is a 5 minute walk to Kawaguchiko, and you can even enjoy a view of Mt.Fuji at the lakeside.

Q.Is there snow on the street?
A.There is snow on the street during the winter (December - March)
If you come here by car, please use winter tires or snow chains.
